Shipping & Delivery

We offer the following shipping options: USPS, UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2 Day, and UPS Next Day. Manhattan residents can inquire about available courier services and rates.

After you place an order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email to confirm your order details. Orders placed before 1 pm EST will ship the same day. Once your order ships, you will receive a notification and a tracking number. Orders are shipped via either USPS Priority Mail or UPS. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Although we do our best to get your package delivered as early as possible, Bright Kids NYC's packages are still subject to USPS and UPS's delivery policies.  Our staff can make recommendations, but cannot make guarantees as to specific delivery dates.  Please select UPS Next Day shipping if your package is time-sensitive, and you need to receive it immediately.

International Shipments

We offer international shipping through UPS via our UPS Expresss, UPS Expedited, and UPS Standard services. Some of the options may not be available depending on your shipping address.

Bright Kids will charge the customer for any immediate UPS shipping fees, however, we are not responsible for any customs fees may be charged at the final receiving location. As well, we strive to have your package delivered as soon as possible, but we are subject to UPS' delivery policies and we are not responsible for any delays due to customs.

Walk-in Book Purchases

All of our books are available in our downtown office.  Our office hours for books sales are 10:00am-5:30pm, from Monday-Friday, and 9:00am-2:00pm on Saturdays.

Refund Policy

If you wish to return a book for a refund, it must be received at 225 Broadway, Suite 1504, New York, New York, 10007, within 10 days from the date of purchase. Books must be unused and undamaged for Bright Kids to approve the refund.

The refund amount will be less shipping and less a 15% restocking fee on all products. If a book comes with a plastic seal and the plastic seal has been broken, no refund will be given. There are no refunds on Practice Tests.

Cancellation Policy

You can call or e-mail the office immediately after you place an order to attempt to cancel it. We will do our best to cancel your order before it ships, but we cannot guarantee that any order will be cancelled after it has been placed. If your order is cancelled before it is shipped, we can refund you for the full amount. However, if your order has already shipped, you may return it after you receive it, but you will be subject to our Refund Policy.
