For younger children, we utilize teachers who are NY State certified and have their Master’s in early childhood or elementary education, and who have extensive early childhood experience. For our older students, we hire the best coaches and subject tutors who have advanced degrees and a successful track record of preparing children for exams like the ISEE and SSAT. At Bright Kids, we never hire college students or teachers who do not have extensive teaching or tutoring experience.

Our contracted teachers go through a rigorous selection and training process prior to teaching your children to ensure complete consistency and to ensure top quality results. We provide on-going training, design curriculums, and provide the best materials to our teachers to ensure that they deliver the best results.
