Mission & Core Values

We are dedicated to preparing your child for the challenges that he or she will encounter both in the classroom and on standardized tests. Our philosophy is that every child is different and that a customized and systematic approach is the only way to get consistent results. We assess every child to make sure that our teachers are working on the areas that most need development and to take into account different learning styles. We match students with tutors who best complement their learning styles. We continuously adjust the curriculum based on the child’s progress. This approach, in return, generates the best results for our students and their families.

ETHICS. Bright Kids NYC is committed to running our business with the highest levels of integrity. We pledge to never:

• Encourage children to have more tutoring sessions than they actually need.
• Filter or doctor assessments or diagnostic results.
• Give students the actual tests they’ll be taking or condone cheating.
• Encourage tutoring for children who will not benefit from it.

EXPERIENCE. Our teachers are New York State certified and cherry-picked by our team of experts and staff. Many of them teach at the top private and public schools in the city and administer the very tests that your children are preparing for. Others have advanced degrees and years of experience tutoring children for standardized tests. That experience sets us apart and is essential to the Bright Kids NYC model.

SUPPORT. Bright Kids NYC knows how stressful test-taking can be for students and parents alike. That is why our staff is accessible for our clients’ questions, concerns, and feedback.
